Cecilia Hsueh is a blockchain entrepreneur and strategic leader with a background in management consulting and over a decade of experience in finance and technology.

Cecilia has joined MEXC as Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, she will be responsible for optimizing the company’s long-term development strategy and overall operations, identifying new investment and growth opportunities across global markets, and integrating and coordinating resources across different functions. She will play a pivotal role in driving growth initiatives and strengthening brand awareness in key regions, supporting MEXC’s evolution into a comprehensive global ecosystem.

Prior to joining MEXC, she co-founded Morph, a next-generation L2 network bringing blockchain into everyday life, and previously co-founded Phemex, scaling it from zero into a leading global crypto exchange.
