Belyi is a Burundian Bitcoiner, economist, and social entrepreneur with a passion for technology and financial autonomy. He is the founder of BTC Shule, an initiative that educates Burundians on Bitcoin through meetups and online training, building a circular economy to foster financial autonomy in Gitega. He has been instrumental in building community-based Bitcoin adoption projects in rural areas and regularly advocates for financial autonomy through Bitcoin.

Belyï holds several Bitcoin certifications, including the renowned Certified Bitcoin Professional (CBP), Sailor Academy, and Crack The Orange, solidifying his expertise in Bitcoin education and adoption. In addition to his advocacy work, he is also writing a book that explores Bitcoin’s potential in Africa, presenting it through African realities to resonate with and empower the continent’s youth.
