Brett Tejpaul serves as Co-CEO of Coinbase Institutional, leading Coinbase’s efforts to build a trusted bridge for institutions expanding their crypto strategies. In this role, he spearheads the growth of the institutional client base, develops sophisticated features and services tailored to institutional investors, and drives industry-wide education and innovation on digital assets.

Brett brings deep expertise from traditional finance, having previously served as Global Head of Sales at Barclays and held senior leadership positions at JP Morgan. His unique combination of institutional markets experience and global crypto innovation enables him to deliver integrated solutions that seamlessly connect custody, advanced trading platforms, and prime services for the world's leading institutions.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College.
