Christian Lopez

Christian has dedicated his career to the Fintech and financial services sectors, developing a unique expertise in M&A, venture capital, capital markets, SPAC, and private placement transactions. His passion for sound money and its transformative impact on the financial ecosystem drives his work.

Currently, Christian is Managing Director, Head of Blockchain and Digital Assets at Cohen & Company Capital Markets. Previously, he served as Vice President at Broadhaven Capital Partners, providing M&A and private placement advisory services to blockchain and Fintech companies. Before that, he was an Associate at Guggenheim Securities, covering Fintech, Banks, Insurance, and Specialty Finance, with a keen interest in blockchain innovations.

Christian holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
